Booking appointments through Square

When you book through our booking service, your details are shared with Square in order to facilitate and manage your booking and contact you with updates and confirmations about your appointment. The information you provide forms an “Instant Profile” which retains basic information such as name and appointment history which allows you to manage your appointment easier.

Left raffle tickets

The information provided to us through a Left raffle tickets form will be retained until the 3rd January 2024 (our first returning service after the Christmas recess)(with exceptions). On this date, any leftover forms will be securely shredded and disposed of. Any prizes not collected beyond this date will be surrendered.

If you collect your prize before this date, the form will be destroyed on the same day, and your name and prize will be retained in a database until the start of the next Psychic & Pamper Fair for record keeping purposes. If you don’t win a prize in the raffle, the form will be destroyed on the same day as the raffle draw.
